Purpose:
Specifies an ID for this tag
Description:
Tag IDs are used to reference those tags in certain WebTML functionalities, like sourcetag on <tml:metadata>. Therefor IDs should be unique for a rendered WebTML page.
On some WebTML tags like <tml:form> the id tag is mandatory because it is used for some internal functionality.
